Shipping & Delivery
At Mr Gadget, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all major cities, towns, and surrounding areas across South Africa, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, and more. Your delivery options and fees will be confirmed at checkout.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders over R4999 — no promo code needed. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee will apply as displayed at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, please allow the following estimated timeframes for delivery via our courier partners (The Courier Guy / Aramex):
- Major metros (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 2–4 business days
- Other towns & areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote/rural areas: 5–10 business days
Not sure if your address is considered remote? Remote areas are flagged automatically at checkout.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, load shedding, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience during peak periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time on the courier's website. If you have not received your tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to leave a calling card and reattempt delivery on the next business day. Mr Gadget cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or if your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. We will liaise with the courier and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Exchanges for faulty items of the same product will be arranged at no additional shipping cost once the return is approved.
