Warranty Information

At Mr Gadget Exclusive, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Eligible devices are tested and quality checked before being sold. These commercial warranty terms are in addition to your applicable statutory rights and do not exclude or limit remedies available under South African consumer law.

Warranty Coverage

• Brand-new devices: Covered by a 6-month limited commercial warranty unless the product page states otherwise. A manufacturer warranty applies only where stated on the product page.
• Pre-owned devices: Covered by a 3-month limited warranty unless the product page states otherwise.

What the Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing faults
• Device hardware faults not caused by misuse
• Software-related issues that prevent normal use

What Is Not Covered

• Physical damage, cracks, dents, or broken screens
• Liquid or moisture damage
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised repairs
• Battery wear, unless clearly faulty on arrival
• Accessories such as chargers, cables, covers, or earphones unless stated otherwise

Warranty Claim Process

1. Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order details.
2. Send photos or videos showing the issue where possible.
3. Our team will assess the issue and advise the next step.
4. If approved, the device may be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue and stock availability.

Important Notes

Warranty claims are subject to inspection. The commercial warranty may be void where there is physical damage, liquid damage, tampering, or unauthorised repair. These commercial terms do not remove or limit applicable statutory rights.
