At Mr Gadget Exclusive, we want every customer to shop with confidence. All eligible devices are tested and quality checked before being sold.

Warranty Coverage

  • Brand-new devices: Include the applicable manufacturer warranty where supported. Mr Gadget Exclusive also provides a 6-month limited warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • Pre-owned devices: Covered by a 3-month limited warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • Open-box devices: Covered by a 3-month limited warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing faults
  • Device hardware faults not caused by misuse
  • Software-related issues that prevent normal use

What is Not Covered

  • Physical damage, cracks, dents, or broken screens
  • Liquid or moisture damage
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs
  • Battery wear, unless clearly faulty on arrival
  • Accessories such as chargers, cables, covers, or earphones unless stated otherwise

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order details.
  2. Send photos or videos showing the issue where possible.
  3. Our team will assess the issue and advise the next step.
  4. If approved, the device may be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue and stock availability.

Important Notes

Warranty claims are subject to inspection. The warranty becomes void if the device has signs of physical damage, liquid damage, tampering, or unauthorized repair.
