Return & Refund Policy
Return Window We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) No. 68 of 2008.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unsealed, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return Contact us at info@mrgadgetsa.co.za / 066 2222 097 to initiate a return request. Do not send items back without first receiving confirmation from our team — unannounced returns will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Pre-owned or refurbished devices (unless faulty on arrival)
- Unsealed software, games, or digital products
- Items damaged due to misuse, physical damage, or unauthorised repairs
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original item first. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome within 1–2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (via PayFast) within 5–7 business days. Note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us.
Shipping Fees Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
