These Terms & Conditions apply to the Mr Gadget SA website and purchases made from Mr Gadget Exclusive (Pty) Ltd. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Product information, availability, and prices are displayed on the website. An order is subject to product availability and confirmation. We may contact you if we need additional information to process your order.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but the price shown at checkout applies to a confirmed order.
Payment methods and instalment options vary by product and are shown at checkout. Available options may include Visa, Mastercard, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), PayShap, Bob Pay, PayJustNow, MoreTyme, Float, Mobicred, and RCS where offered. Instalment applications are subject to the relevant provider's approval and terms.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery is usually 2–4 business days in major metros, 3–7 business days in other areas, and 5–10 business days for remote areas. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates may vary by location and carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days in line with our Refund & Returns Policy. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

6. Product Warranty
- Brand-new devices: Covered by a 6-month limited warranty unless the product page states otherwise.
- Pre-owned devices: Covered by a 3-month limited warranty unless the product page states otherwise.

7. Use of the Website
All content on this website, including images, text, and graphics, is owned by Mr Gadget Exclusive (Pty) Ltd. or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to use the website for an unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or impair our services.
