🚚 Orders & Shipping

Typically, it takes 3–5 business days to receive your order. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status.

You can track your order using the order number or tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can also contact us via WhatsApp or email for an update.

Yes! We offer fast, reliable, and fully trackable nationwide delivery across South Africa. Johannesburg customers can also use our Click & Collect option at 22 Ealing Crescent, Bryanston.

Click & Collect is available for Johannesburg customers. Simply place your order online and collect it in person at 22 Ealing Crescent, Bryanston. We'll notify you once your order is ready for collection.

Please first check the tracking details in your confirmation email. If your order still hasn't arrived after the expected delivery window, contact us on 066 2222 097 or email info@mrgadgetsa.co.za and we'll investigate immediately.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. For the most accurate shipping rate, add your items to cart and proceed to checkout. Click & Collect from our Bryanston store is free for Johannesburg customers.

You can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided the device remains sealed and the seal is unbroken. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team for further instructions.

Yes, you can exchange an item for the same product or a higher-priced item. The product must still be sealed and within the 7-day window. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to begin the exchange process.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Do not open or use the device if it appears damaged.
