LayUp is a digital lay-by payment method that lets you secure a product with a deposit and pay the balance over time. It is a credit-free way to buy, so you only receive your order once the plan has been paid in full.
Does LayUp do a credit check?
No. LayUp is a lay-by service rather than a credit agreement, so no credit check is required.
How do I place an order with LayUp?
Choose a product and its options, then click “Pay it off with LayUp” on the product page. You will be taken through LayUp’s secure prompts to choose a plan, sign in or register, and pay your deposit.
When will I receive my order?
Your order is released for delivery or collection after the LayUp payment plan has been paid in full. Mr Gadget’s normal fulfilment times then apply.
What happens if I want to cancel my LayUp order?
Please contact Mr Gadget before cancelling. Any refund, fee or cancellation condition will follow the terms shown when you create and confirm your LayUp payment plan.
Can I settle my payment plan early?
Yes. You can make additional payments through your LayUp shopper dashboard. Once the full balance is paid, your order can move to fulfilment sooner.
